What do I write? A little bit of everything: books, ads, websites, travel articles, the occasional haiku...
As a freelancer and ardent generalist, I've written for a ridiculously wide range of clients, from baby products to big rigs. And although I'm pretty sure I can write for just about any type of client, I've carved out specialties in travel and hospitality, financial, and retail.
I've co-authored or ghost written 12 titles to date, some of which were travel guidebooks for Lonely Planet, some of which were lifestyle titles for Chronicle Books, and all of which were great projects to work on.
In addition to my Lonely Planet titles (see above), I've written articles for the Los Angeles Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Dallas Morning News, Denver Post, Wild Blue Yonder (the in-flight magazine of Frontier Airlines) and Charlotte Magazine.
Yep, I do that, too. Give me your garbled blah-blah-blah and I'll turn it into clean, readable prose, with a little extra flair thrown in for no extra charge.
